What is the SAVVY Author Membership?Â
The SAVVY Author Membership is a subscription based access to a literary team designed to help you get your book written and published; without navigating the publishing world on your own.
We use our 3-phases of book creation method.

- Publish & Promote
Brainstorm & Blueprint: Everyone starts with phase one… even if you have started creating content; simply because this is the foundation that makes the process work. Here is what we will get done during this phase:
- Analyze – to be sure you are creating the right tool for its intended use.
- Brainstorm – to capture your ideas where we can see them. (FYI - You already have content)
- Blueprint – to outline the structure of the book for clarity and readability.
This part is foundational to a clear, concise message that captures the reader and creates the desired outcome for your book. Honestly, skipping this part is the reason so many people TRY to write a book but never actually get it done.
You will leave this phase with a clear path to follow for the creative process. You probably have some content already, NOW you know where it fits in your manuscript.
Create & Correct: This phase is where we will spend a bulk of our time. We have built accountability right into the program so you actually get the writing done. Here is what we will get done during this phase:
- Writing – a systemized plan to get the writing done. (Voice to text works well for some)
- Editing – self-editing guidelines as well as how to hire a good final editor.
- Formatting – to get the manuscript ready for publishing.
Accountability MATTERS: If you write (or speak) 500 words a day (which is about 3 paragraphs of content), 5 days a week, in 90 days you will have over 30k words written. Which, coincidentally, is the size of the average non-fiction business book. YOU can do this!
We find, that the biggest challenge for most people is getting the writing done, which is why we have systems and tools to help keep you on track.
Publish & Promote: The final and most anticipated phase is where your book gets launched for the world. Here is what we will get done during this phase:
- Publishing – to educate you on the options, so you can make the best choice for you.
- Promoting – to equip you to get the word out about your book. (Influence MATTERS show!)
- Selling – to create an ongoing plan for sales and distribution of your book. (Think stages!)
Our focus during this final phase is to help you publish in an author-centric way; the best way for you, your business model, and the tool you just created. It is not enough to just write a great book, HOW you get it out to the world matters.
We have discovered that it takes skills coaching and accountability to get a great book out to the world, so we provide both! This is NOT an online course that leaves you to fend for yourself. It is a personalized coaching program with tangible action steps and accountability.
