Intentional Influence, a division of Clara Rose & Company, is an author-centric agency, focused on Literary Consulting and Hybrid Publishing services. We work with entrepreneurs and professionals who want to strategically and intentionally cultivate influence. We help them write, speak, and lead, to expand their influence and grow profits in their business, ministry, cause, or brand.
Author MATTERS
We started with the idea that EVERY entrepreneur or professional could benefit from writing a book, to expand influence in their field. They simply need a step-by-step process that works and some guidance to help them avoid common mistakes. We are proud to offer just that.
Our Brainstorm & Blueprint course IS a step-by-step book building process that works! It is a digital training that comes with strategy sessions, to offer additional guidance. Upon complete, our authors have a solid blueprint (outline) to follow as they write their book, and everything they need to know when making the right publishing choice for them.
For those who don’t need a step-by-step process to build their book, we’ve created a resource to help them avoid common mistakes when trying to navigate the publishing waters alone. Publishing Matters - Your Complete Guide to Publishing is designed for the DIY crowd.
Of course, we also offer complete packages for Co-writing and publishing a book. Our writers and editors collaborate with the clients to create an engaging manuscript; communicating the thoughts, ideas, and voice of each author - we call it Crafting Your Message. These clients start with our signature Brainstorm & Blueprint book-build process, to plan each step of the project, and the packages include full developmental editing and formatting of the final manuscript for publication.
We start with the end in mind, so our authors know exactly what to expect during creation and after their book is published. *Clients who work with us on a Co-writing package, have on-going strategy sessions for the duration of their project.
We educate our clients about their choices, while we guide them through the creation of their book. After publication, they own the creative work PLUS keep 100% of the profits, since we don’t require royalties.
If desired, we can publish their creative works through our press mark RoseDale Publishing, or they are free to take their fully completed and edited manuscript to an agent or another publishing house.
Speaker MATTERS
Published book in hand, many of our authors take the next step toward greater influence, and we craft their signature speech or message. Our goal is to capture the voice of our clients and help them craft their message for the world. While we don't find the stages for our clients, we do prepare them for that next step.
Leader MATTERS
Our Influence MATTERS coaching program teaches a step by step, proven strategy, for building influence. We believe every entrepreneur or professional can show up, speak up, and make a difference in the world around them with their message.
Writers write, speakers speak, and leaders lead, but influencers do all three! This year long coaching program is designed to help our clients be strategic and intentional in this process.
